    Hi,

    I just installed your theme and have a few questions.

    1. Is there any way to add text or titling on the homepage ? Anytime I add something on the wordpress interface my content just appears as meta description in the source code. I tried using Elementor but it told me that the content area wasn't specified. Would love to be able to at least add some titles (H2, etc)

    2. Is there any way to customize a little more the existing modules for the homepage ? Or perhaps to create some custom ones on our own ? I find the customization options a little limiting (from theme options & page management

    3. Why are links toward articles in grid post tagged as H1 ? Not really good for semantic and seo

    Thanks !

    Hi! thank you for contact us!

    1.- Yes it is possible, try this guide: http://estudiopatagon.com/themes/docs/reco-wp/#tu-3 after your home page is fully created, you can add some modules, in this case a i recommend you to insert a "Text editor" module before grid posts or any post lists, example: http://prntscr.com/pg25li you can even insert shortcodes if needed.

    2.- Sorry is not possible to create custom modules, you will need PHP knowledge to do that. But if you want a customer homepage, you can use a page builder with a custom page to get something different.

    3.- Multiples h1 are bad for SEO only for websites with HTML 4, on HTML 5 every article has it own context, check this article: http://www.suvaance.com/microblog/how-google-considers-multiple-h1-tags-in-one-page/ on modern websites our structure will give you a SEO boost.

    Regards!

    Thanks for your prompt reply !

    Now I have another question regarding the homepage modules : is it possible to get rid of the 'select author' dropdown on the Post Grids' sub menu (on desktop view) ? And is it possible to only show 'select category' on mobile view (getting rid of the search bar & author selection buttons).

    Thanks !

    Hi!

    1.- If you mean change the "select author" text, that can be done editing the main language file with Poedit or with Loco translate plugin: How to translate a theme with Poedit

    About the elements inside that author dropdown, are automatically added so they can't be edited.

    2.- I think it is possible with custom CSS:

    @media screen and (min-width: 1024px){
        div.filters .nice-select:nth-of-type(2){
            display: none;
        }
    }
    @media screen and (max-width: 767px){
        div.filters .grid-33{ display: none; }
    }

    Paste into theme options -> advanced settings.

    Regards!
